Now Introducing…The Babe Cave — Your personalized wellness portal

I know your plate is full, and my superpower is making the complex feel simple, doable, and actually worth your time. Which is why I present to you: A private, customizable portal if you want clear, holistic guidance — without the overwhelm. Whether you're navigating cycle health, trying to conceive, supporting pregnancy, or recovering postpartum, you'll get the tools you need when you need them.

$7.99/month (less than a latte in this economy) • Cancel Anytime! No culty strings attached.

What is The Babe Cave?

This is the easiest (and most affordable) way to get consistent, personalized support from (me) your holistic practitioner — without spending hundreds on 1:1 sessions. For just $7.99/month, you’ll get targeted, trustworthy, and easy-to-digest content based on your current season of life — whether you're supporting your cycle, trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, or healing postpartum. It’s designed for women of all seasons who want real support that actually fits into real life — no fluff, no overwhelm, just what you need, when you need it.

How It Works

Inside your private wellness hub, you’ll choose your current season of life by toggling one or more of the following:

🩸 Cycle Health / Hormone Balance

🌸 Fertility Support

🤰 Pregnancy Nourishment

👶 Postpartum Recovery

When you toggle a category "on," you’ll only receive posts, updates, and content tailored to that season. As your journey evolves, simply update your preferences — no need to dig through info that doesn’t apply to you. Only want info on pregnancy? Great — you’ll only see content related to that. Moving from fertility to pregnancy? Just update your toggle and your content adjusts with you. Your journey evolves and so does your support.

And if you don’t prefer to use the app, you can customize your notifications to be sent via email if you prefer a more “newsletter” style format!

What’s Waiting For You Inside Your Portal:

  • Direct access to me (ask questions, get feedback, stay supported)

  • Weekly holistic tips that are quick, digestible, and actionable

  • Recipes + real food inspiration designed for hormone balance and nourishment

  • Connection with other women in your same season of life

  • Full access to my extensive PDF guides, resources and blog-style posts for more comprehensive and tailored recommendations

  • Exclusive discounts for my favorite wellness products + supplements

  • Access to 1:1 Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Testing
(Note: HTMA testing is now exclusively available to members. I.e. Non-members will not have access to HTMA testing through me!) Joining The Babe Cave is the only way to work with me at this time (and I hope that you do!).

Why Members Love It

Because it's not just another “health membership”. It meets you exactly where you are, cuts through the noise, and gives you digestible action steps to support you in whatever season you’re in.

There is so much information out there and what most of us need are practical and sustainable ways to support our bodies — not blog after blog making us more confused from where we started. It’s simple, it’s affordable, it’s SO doable.

Meet the mama behind the magic

Hi! I’m Kelsie (or Buns) — a Type C mom of two, living in Milwaukee with my husband and our wild little crew. I’m the kind of person who will always lean holistic first, but you won’t catch me preaching extremes or pushing protocols that make your life harder. Balance is the goal, and I actually mean it.

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), I specialize in supporting and restoring the way women approach health and healing throughout their reproductive years. Food is so incredibly powerful. I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the past 8 years — supporting everything from cycles to postpartum to burnout recovery, all by taking a root cause approach.

And as a mom myself, I get how hard it is to prioritize your health when your toddler is climbing the counters and your coffee's gone cold for the fourth time. Or maybe you’re not a mom but you are drowning trying to “do it all” and the walls feel like they’re closing in. That’s why I believe in realistic goals, simple systems, and truly sustainable wellness.

You probably don’t need an overcomplicated protocol to feel better. In most cases, it’s not about running a dozen advanced labs or stocking your cabinets with endless supplements. More often than not, you just need consistent nourishment, better blood sugar balance, and some solid adrenal support. It doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective.

After years of working 1:1, I’m so ready to bring everything that I’ve learned through practice to more women — in a way that feels approachable, affordable, and actually doable. You deserve access to quality info without having to fork over two paychecks to get it.

Let’s do wellness a little differently. Real life first, root cause always.

Testimonials

This community has helped tremendously!! I love being in a group with like minded ladies who always offer support and love with any question I have. I love having the resources to quickly glance at. Whether I look up a similar situation someone else is going through or a meal guide!I don’t have tons of mom friends but anytime I know someone who’s pregnant or TTC I tell them to join this group immediately! Especially from someone who may not have someone they’re close to who is going through the trenches of motherhood and postpartum haha!
— Mckell
It reminds me constantly that I am not alone! So many things about motherhood both big and small feel scary and like I’m doing it wrong but getting support, advice and just hearing about how other mamas think about and go through similar struggles is such a relief and tool for me. I am also grateful for the expertise in the group and all of your support and guidance to us too! This is a safe place to ask that thing you are not sure anyone cares enough to listen or work through the details with you. So many amazing mamas all doing their best to love their babies and support each other!
— Kaila
It’s like having your own handheld village of big sisters. These mamas are walking alongside you as you change, your body changes, and your baby changes. They’re here for everything from a pep talk and a laugh to a recommendation for laundry detergent or to commiserate about the moving target that is nap time. There’s no judgment, no hate, and no silly questions. A truly nontoxic (pun intended) crunchy bunch of moms doing our best and sharing what we’re learning along the way!
— Alison
This community has been exactly what I needed in my postpartum journey. As silly as it sounds, I didn’t feel like anyone was ‘holding me’ in real life, so to know there was a community out there of other moms to help me, guide me, and support me was so comforting. I was anxious and in what felt like completely uncharted territory for me everywhere I turned but other moms and Buns were ALWAYS there to give me advice, encourage me and just listen to me when I needed to vent. Rather it was about sleep, baby temperament, extended family drama, or even what cup/bottle to use.

Social media and the internet can get such a bad rep, understandably so, but communities like this are the good side of the internet.

If you are a new mom or even a more seasoned mom that just needs someone to hold you up, this is no doubt the community you need. Kelsie has incredible resources and professionals in several areas on the platform that are so helpful. I’m so thankful to have had this during my first year postpartum and truly don’t know how I would have made it without it.
