tahini chocolate chip bake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 cage free eggs
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat to 350F and spray a glass pan (size of choice) with EVOO
In a medium bowl, mix together coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and coconut sugar.
Mix in tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter evenly into greased pan
Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test!
