6- Week Gut Check Course

My goal throughout this 6-week online course is to educate and empower you to navigate everything gut related. For the first 2 weeks we will walk through the foundations of how to source properly prepared, nutrient dense foods, how to support your digestion, and how to keep your blood sugar stable to ensure that your body is working its magic as it should. Weeks 3-6, we dive deep into what “gut health” is, why it is so vital to prioritize, what factors are damaging to the gut, and how your gut can flourish amidst today’s modern diet and lifestyle obstacles.

I firmly believe that optimal gut health is the golden ticket to nearly EVERY symptom, condition, or disease that we run into.  Through brief lessons, helpful videos, communal forums, practical resources, and damn near all of the tools I have in my bucket, I am going to help you navigate what it takes to get your gut jammin’ and your body back to its bad a**, insanely resilient self.
